Help has short how-to videos and answers to common questions about bookings, payments and your account.
Common questions
Moving your clients over. Slayd imports a client list from your old booking app or a spreadsheet: CSV, Excel, a calendar file, or a PDF report if your old system will not export anything else. In the app: Home, Manage, My settings, then Import clients. You check every column and every row before anything is saved.
Payments and payouts. Payments run through a licensed payment processor. Your bank details are held there and never by Slayd. Earnings usually become available about two business days after each charge, then reach your bank on your payout schedule: daily by default, or weekly or monthly, which you can change under Payout schedule on Get paid at slayd.ai. If a business collects your pay, it receives the payments for the bookings you take there and pays you on its own schedule. Slayd does not control when your bank posts the money, and your first payout can take longer while your account is verified.
Cancelling a subscription. If you subscribed on iPhone, cancel in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you pay by card on slayd.ai, sign in there, open Business settings, and choose Cancel subscription. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future billing and leaves your data in place.
Deleting your account. In the app: Settings, Account Actions, then Delete Account. It removes your profile, posts, comments, the reviews shown on Providers' pages and the photos and videos on your profile and posts. It does not remove what you shared with other people: appointments stay in the other person's history, including any review you left on one; conversations and the messages in them are kept, including photos you sent; and a Provider's own client record of you stays with their business. Reports you filed are kept, and payment records are kept for tax and accounting. Section 22 of the Terms and Section 14 of the Privacy Policy list what is kept.
